Quick yoga to improve a busy day

We all know how satisfying a nice, long, hour to hour and a haf of yoga is, but some days there just isn’t the time! On days when time is tight, a little  yoga is better than none at all. Even if you can fit in five minutes of breathing and downdog practice, or a quick headstand, you’ll feel the diffrence.
